Congratulations to the ACPHS 2024 cohort
The National Institute for Innovation in Manufacturing Biopharmaceuticals (NIIMBL) is a public-private partnership whose mission is to accelerate biopharmaceutical innovation, support the development of standards that enable more efficient and rapid manufacturing capabilities, and educate and train a world-leading biopharmaceutical manufacturing workforce, fundamentally advancing U.S. competitiveness in this industry.
The Stack Center for Biopharmaceutical Education and Training (CBET) – is proud to offer Upstate New York students a unique opportunity to participate in the 2024 NIIMBL eXperience Program. This student-focused program provides real-world insight into biopharmaceutical industry careers through hands-on learning and mentoring by industry professionals. This week-long program, designed to introduce Black, Latinx, and Indigenous college students to career possibilities in the biopharmaceutical industry.
Undergraduate freshmen and sophomores with a STEM-based major are encouraged to enroll in this all expensed paid, 7-day program, to be hosted at Albany College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences in Albany, New York. The program offers an excellent opportunity to learn how operations of large biomanufacturers, cutting-edge technologies of small companies, innovative academic research, and the federal government bring life-saving treatments to patients. Students will receive a $1000 stipend after program completion.
